AMERICA, THE BEAUTIFUL!!
Among other things, I admire Americans for taking an idea and perfecting it. My family spent a day on the 4th at the largest dinosaur museum in the world. It's located at Point, near Salt Lake City, Utah. The museum, as well as acres and acres of nearby attractions, including an IMAX theater, a petting zoo, restaurants, fabulous gardens and much more are privately owned and built. The dinosaur museum is a wonder that came alive because of the imagination and passion of one family. Build in 2009, this amazing site hosts a unique science center, a replica of a dinosaur digging site where kids are lost brushing and discovering bones for hours, as well as numerous "DO TOUCH" exhibits. As for passionate paleontology lovers - the list is endless. The museum hosts the collar bone of the biggest dinosaur ever found, several T-Rex, the smallest mammoth ever found, several complete Supersauraus, and other very impressive trophies.
LOVELY THINGS
The Thanksgiving point also hosts a beautiful store called EMPORIUM
1300 square feet of fine things for home, garden, unique cloths for women and children, fudge shop and worm and homey service!

THE SWEETEST COUPLE IN PARK CITY
They are as sweet as their macaroons (too bad I didn't take a picture). A young husband & wife make fantastic macaroons, which are french cookies that are very difficult to make, but are divine. They use real banana flower among other fun ingredients. Every week flavors are different, so it makes it fun to go see them at the Sunday farmer's market in Park City.
