SUMMER BUTT WATCH, PART TWO

       SUMMER BUTT WATCH, PART TWO...

My husband says that it takes 21 days to do anything for it to become a habit. Well, we are on the road trip for about 10 days now and I've been running up the hill for 7... Not exactly running...  Attempting to run. I am feeling the craving to go for my usual evening routine now. It may have something to do with three fighting boys in the house. It seems I'm getting stronger, so now I'm trying to do some interval training, which is considered to be the most efficient weight loss routine (run for one minute-walk for one minute, etc). My Pilates band is still untouched, though! Well, there is always tomorrow!

A WORD FROM A RUNNING EXPERT

My best friend in Moscow TATIANA, who's been running for over a decade says that running downhill is the worst thing you can do for your knees. IT'S A NO!

DON'T FORGET TO SMELL THE ROSES!!

Every time I go for a fitness hike or a run I make a point of snapping a picture of something. Then it becomes more than a mindless exercise. It becomes a project you'll be looking forward to.

I stopped to smell the Daisies

FIRST TIME I SHOPPED IN JC PENNEY-WHY?

There is a historical town, Kemmerer, Wyoming (I don't think it's even on the map). It's next to another town called Diamondville (There are no diamonds there, but lots and lots of coal!). Both towns were the typical western boom and bust mining towns, complete with bars and bordellos. The only historical monument left though, there is THE original JC PENNEY  store # 0001.

On our way hunting for fossils (Southwest Wyoming is the fish fossil capital of the world) we were passing by Kemmerer. I had to buy something. Usually, when I have to buy a souvenir it's a magnet or such.
I ended up buying their entire collection of housewear in animal print. Fantastic quality and softest material garments were 80% off . It brought my savings to 89 dollars and 69c.

By the way, the ladies that work there were the nicest ladies!

What a bargain! Each item was less then 10 bucks!

IN MY BLOG TOMORROW:YOU DON'T HAVE TO SAY "NO" TO THE COOKIE.
