DO NOT FORGET TO TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF!
DO NOT FORGET ABOUT YOURSELF!
IT's the end of the school year, and you've helped, volunteered, drove, nourished, nagged, complained, cried, screamed, bargained, laughed, and now you feel empty and run down. Well, now it's the time for you take care of someone who realy needs you - yourself! Time to get those spa gift certificates out and mother's day massages and redeem them. And if you don't have any - just get one anyway! YOU DESERVE IT!!
NO ENERGY TO GO ANYWHERE....NO PROBLEM! Create a SPA in your own bedroom. Close the door on the whole world and nourish your skin and spirit. Turn on soothing music and take a long bath or a shower. For a luxurious experience pour a gallon of whole milk into your tub.
Apply slices of cold cucumber to relieve tired eyes.
There are varieties of simple masks you can do without going to the department store. Mix one banana with a tablespoon of sour cream, keep on for 20 minutes as a firming and moisturising mask.
If your face is very dry, add one tea spoon of olive oil.
There is a product I like
This organic skin line feels wonderful. Can be purchased on line or in Whole Foods. CAUTION! If you use this mask make sure you are not going out after. It will make your face red like you had a bad sun burn for about 50 minutes.
AMAZING WOMAN
Claudia Kirkorian Just had 33rd graduation in her Peninsula Montessori School. Aside from being one of the most beautiful gals on the Planet, she is a very talented businesswoman. Her school runs like a well oiled machine. Children and staff respect and adore her! Every school performance including THE fabulous International festival is a an exciting high-end spectacle! Claudia! You are a star!!
EXPERT CONTRIBUTION
Comes today from a professional tennis coach KRISTEN Diels-Flagler, who's been teaching adults and kids tennis at the Peninsula Racket Club for many years.
It is amazing what exercises outdoors can do for your energy level. I can see a huge difference in women after several work outs. Each time they come back more excited about their weight loss, but more importantly, their energy increase! Summer is almost here. Time to get in shape!
Yet another warning for those who play tennis. Make sure you keep tennis balls away from the court during the game to avoid serious injury. Protect your knees and ankles by kicking those tennis balls away from the court!
GAME TO PLAY WITH KIDS ALL AGES
MAD LIMBS! Yes! It's been around for ages but it' an old classic. The whole family can participate. It's hilarious. When we play the rules are that words can't be repeated. Therefore, it's good for everyone's vocabulary skills and makes them practice their speech.
