There are days when everything goes right. We love those! Today was mine. Almost all the traffic lights were green, people only said nice things to me and the world smiled at me. I took the morning off. Every housewife needs to wash the remains of making breakfast out of her hair, doll up, and get out of the house once in a while. I went to a fancy part of the city to meet my dearest girlfriend and a perfect housewife and Mommy - Kim. We live far away from each other but we promise to see each other once every two months and go to a new place for lunch every time. It makes it more fun to have a culinary adventure together while sharing the usual kids-husbands gossip conversations.
Kindness
Simple things can make your day. I'm still getting over my sniffles, and when a waiter at the restaurant saw me wiping my nose (discretely) with a paper towel he quietly placed a box of Kleenex by my side. Sweet.

My six year old son Petros (who loves fishing) asked me today if we are ever going to dig a pond in our back yard again. I said that probably never. He got furious : "We have to have one! There are NO FISH in our family!"

Sokie's 8 year old son told her after he was not allowed to do something "YOU GONNA GIVE ME WRINKLES!"
